Refund and Cancellation Policy | ClawReel

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through ClawReel ("Service"), operated by AIGenesis Labs Limited ("Company"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Product Policy

ClawReel is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Due to the nature of digital services, where access and value are delivered immediately upon purchase, all purchases are final.

Important: All purchases on ClawReel are non-refundable. As a digital service, refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated or credits are purchased.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

When you cancel:

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain full access to your subscription features until the billing period expires
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

3. Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once completed.

Credits are usage units for AI video generation services. They are subject to the following terms:

Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value
Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase
Unused credits are not eligible for refund

Final purchase: Credit packs are final purchases. Credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

4. Subscription Plan Changes

You may change your subscription plan at any time:

Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period. You continue to enjoy your current plan's features until the billing period ends.

Plan changes can be made through your account settings.

5. Free Tier

The Free tier is always available at no cost. It includes:

A limited monthly allocation of credits
Access to core Service features
No credit card required

Users who cancel paid subscriptions automatically revert to the Free tier and retain access to their account and content.

6. Exceptions

In the following exceptional circumstances, we may consider adjustments to your account:

Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, contact support@clawreel.ai within 7 days of the charge
Unauthorized charges: If you believe unauthorized charges were made to your payment method, contact us immediately at support@clawreel.ai
Service outages: Extended service outages may be addressed on a case-by-case basis

We will investigate all billing disputes in good faith. Refund decisions for disputed charges are at the sole discretion of AIGenesis Labs Limited.
