Terms and conditions for using ClawReel AI video generation services

By accessing or using ClawReel ("Service"), operated by AIGenesis Labs Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms govern your use of ClawReel at clawreel.ai and all related services, features, and content offered by AIGenesis Labs Limited.
ClawReel is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create short films, advertisements, comics, and marketing videos through multi-agent collaboration.

The Service operates on a credit-based usage model where credits are consumed for AI video generation tasks.
Important: Credits are usage units for AI video generation services. Credits are not currency, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and have no cash value.
ClawReel offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Basic, Pro, and Ultimate. Subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing cycles. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier. Additional credit packs are available for one-time purchase. Credits are consumed when you use AI video generation features.
Important: Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and expire 30 days after allocation. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Each individual may maintain only one account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account at support@clawreel.ai.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
When using ClawReel, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including scripts you write, videos generated from your prompts, images, and other creative outputs.
AIGenesis Labs Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including the platform, AI models, algorithms, user interface, branding, and all related intellectual property.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant AIGenesis Labs Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Key principle: You own what you create. We own the tools that help you create it.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data collection and processing practices described in that policy.
Our Privacy Policy contains full details on what data we collect, how we use it, which third-party processors handle your data, and your rights regarding your personal information.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through email or in-app notification.
Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance via email or in-app notification whenever practicable.
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, the total liability of AIGenesis Labs Limited arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
AIGenesis Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice of termination when reasonably practicable.
Upon termination:
Sections relating to intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will continue in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration under this section.
